How to Analyze the Reviews

REVIEW ANALYSIS IS THE MOST CRUCIAL THING WHILE LAUNCHING A PRODUCT, IT HELPS YOU IN KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS PERSPECTIVE
Traditionally studying customer reviews is a a very time-consuming task, But you can use Helium 10’s Review Insights tool to analyze your competitor’s reviews quickly
All you need to do is
- Open your competitor’s listing
- Click Helium’s Extension
- Hit “Review Insights” & Hit Extract
It’ll take you to another window, and will show you two options “All Reviews” & “Analysis”
You need to click “Analysis” option, There you will the most repetitive phrases used by the customers in the reviews, You can get points in which customers are facing problems the most
YOU NEED TO OPEN PHRASES WITH LOWER RATING, TO GET TO KNOW WEAK POINTS OF YOUR COMPETITOR WHICH YOU CAN IMPROVE IN YOUR PRODUCT IN SOURCING
Too me Review Analysis is the most crucial thing now, Why?
Because recently we ordered our competitors samples and sent suppliers samples to inspection Team, Inspection team told that Competitor’s product is soft and our one is bit hard, We thought that our product is hard so it will be a plus point for us, We were about to order Inventory.
But then I did Reviews Analysis and came to know 70% of negative reviews were due to hardness of product.
It just saved our inventory
